I had one I now wish I had back. Lend lease marked and British proofs. All matching and great condition. Not sure what made me sell. I must have had a good reason, but danged if I know what it was!!! Like to find another but current prices make that unlikely.

When I learned Savage made an Enfield #4Mk1, I was dumbfounded. It didn’t make sense to me. Then I started learning the whole Lee-Metford, Lee-Enfield history, then how Savage-Stevens fit in.
Anyone else ever a fan of the Channel Brittish Muzzleloaders? I watch so much. He does a really good job with the history.

Yeah, it’s this YouTube channel. It’s not mine btw. I’ve just been watching him for years. Interesting stuff. The guy does a great job telling a story. (And acting things out. LOL!)
