I was using duckduckgo to search for my posts in SavageShooters and another forum about my "Maxis" conversion of several years ago and I ran into this thread: https://savageowners.com/threads/axis-magnum-cartridge-conversion.393/post-5142 so that's actually my first post in this here. I'm a big fan of Savage rifles, because all three of them that I own shoot incredibly well for their price tags!
