Hello from SE Idaho. Do you have some ideas in mind for an Axis project using the action?

It doesn't have quite the aftermarket support that the 1X/11X series do, but even so there's a lot of potential in them.

I actually bought this gun many years ago to use in the rain. Then I discovered Tikka and left this in the safe for a long time. I enjoy shooting and decided to start to tinker with old guns that I do not really do anything with. Starting with the stock and scope. Thinking about putting a Burris on this one just to see what the rave about the Burris scopes really is.

I currently own three. A 30.06 Axis, A 270 Axis, and a 110 7mm Mag. I love the 7mm.
