I came here from the Indiana Hunting, Fishing & Shooting Forum. I only own one Savage, an Axis 2 in 350 Legend. My wonderful wife gave it to me as a birthday present in 2024. I didn't get to shoot it at a deer until last November. I was able to bag a small buck and a nice doe. I reload and used 170 grain Barnes TSX on both deer. They did this job.

For my next purchase, I have my eye on an Axis 2 Pro in 7mm-08. I really like to look of the Western Camo with Bronze Cerakote.
