I've only had a couple factory Savage rifles over the years, the rest I built semi - customs using Savage actions. The factory rifles have been an old staggered feed 110 FLP in 300 WM that I used for my first long range rifle years ago. I also had a 10 FCP in 308 Winchester, a 110 FLP in 25-06, and still one of my favorites is my old staggered feed 12 FLVSS in 223 Remington. I don't have pics of the 308 , or the 25-06 in this computer, and have sold them several years ago.
12 FLVSS 223 - this 1-9 twist factory barrel loves to shoot 75gr & 77gr BTHP bullets. I don't know the round count, but it is a lot. But it will still shoot groups in the .3's when I do my part. It has a SSS competition trigger and is in a Boyds Ross TH stock that I finished years ago. I have a Ken Farrell 20 MOA base with ARC M10 rings, with a Steiner T5Xi 5-25x scope on it in the picture. Currently it has a Valdada G2 Mini 4.5-28x scope on it.
12 FLV 7mm-08 - Fun and accurate, it features a 1-9.5 twist Shilen barrel 20" long, an Accu-trigger with the Target spring kit, Choate Tactical stock, 20 moa rail with ARC M10 rings holding a Delta Stryker HD 4.5-30x scope. I also have Dark Eagle 10 rd magazines for it.
12 6.5 Creedmoor - This was my first 6.5 CM that I built back in 2009 using a model 12 action from Northland Shooters with a 1-8 twist 26" E R Shaw barrel, Choate Tactical stock, Dark Eagle 10 rd magazine, 20 moa rail, ARC M10 rings holding an Athlon Cronus 4.5-29x scope. This was one of the first rifles that I ever shot a mile with.
12 FLV 6.5 Creedmoor - I built this as a present for a good friend. He loved shooting my 6,5 Creedmoor ^^^, so I put this one together for him as a birthday present. 1-8 twist 26" E R Shaw barrel, Savage factory stock that I found on Numrich, 20moa rail, Burris Signature Zee rings with a 6-24x Weaver Classic Extreme scope.
110 FLP 6.5-06 - This action was my 300WM rifle that I decided to turn into a 6.5-06. Has a 26" McGowen 1-8 twist barrel in a Magnum contour, with a SSS competition trigger, a Boyds TH stock that I finished with 10 coats of hand rubbed Tung oil sanded between coats, a 20 moa rail with Burris Signature Zee rings holding a Sightron SIII 6-24x scope.
