Yes! Effie had to be one of the greatest customer service reps ever and a very charming lady.
I had an issue with a bolt handle. looked like there was a void in the casting, a flat spot. She sent me another one. It had the same flaw, so she sent one more. That one also had a flat spot. We found out that flat was supposed to be there. I asked about returning the two she had sent and she said to keep them.
