Have had this action for over 30 yrs and enjoyed every one of it's variations.
Today it sports an X-Caliber .308 26" 1-10 heavy ss barrel with an OSS suppressor attached. Jard trigger set to 3.5 oz. Set in an ORYX chassis. Scope is a Leupold MK5 HD 7-35. Having a ball trying different combinations of handloads from light to heavy. Whatta Hobby!

Is that 110 grain bullet?
Yes, Sierra 110 gn hp Varminter. Have used these in 30-06 precision for decades and decided to try some in the .308. Next test will be with a bunch of better brass, Lapua that I turned and made as good as I can. Looks promising for my 100 yd 1/4" 10 dot challenge. Whatta Hobby!

Used many of the 110 Sierra HP for groundhogs when my only rifle was an 06. Look forward to your project.

Have you tried the 110's on coyotes? I'm looking for a heavy bullet to fight the wind for a 6 BR.
