I have a 99 manufactured 1920. It's chambered 32 WIN (rebarrled). The magazine will only accept 4 rounds. When I try to get the 5th round in, it's against the stop. The rotor is marked 303.

That is strange. The 303 Brittish is bigger in every dimension except the case neck & bullet diameter. The only thing I can think is the larger neck size of the case, is preventing the bullets from properly seating around the rotor.

Not sure though. On a side note, are you positive it will seat 5 303 Brittish rounds? If not positive, you may want to have that checked first.

Ahh, sorry. I was thinking it was some custom setup when you said re-barrel. You went FROM the 303 Savage TO the 32 Win. I gotchya.

That is a head scratcher. Those two are fairly close. I’m thinking it likely won’t fit the 303 Savage either. Think we’re missing something here.

I heard 99 rotary magazine is notoriously difficult to reassemble and time correctly if you don't have the factory jigs or experience. I guess you'll just have to treat it as a 4-round magazine for now.
