Rear baffle assembly

Can anyone here point me to a source for a rear baffle assembly for a Savage M110 LA? This is a flat back receiver as is the baffle. All I see are baffles for round receivers. Checked Numrich and no luck.
Mine just snapped in half.

Just get the round one and use a file or other means to make it flat. Little flack back spray paint & done!

If I had a Flat Back Action, I’d measure, machine it flat & spray it with VHT for you paddy. But I just have Round back.

I guess that might be an option. Im not all that worried about the mismatch of shapes as long as it works. I sent a message to savage inquiring as to availability of the proper part, but my luck, Savage Arms is closed for business until July 13th. So I wont be hearing anything back soon.

I don’t believe they make them anymore. Even so, they won’t send you a part like that.

Don’t you build & work on your own Savages Paddy? You don’t have the means of making the round one flat top? It’s super easy. Put it on the bolt, and insert & close the bolt. Then scribe the height of the Flat Back Action on the Round Baffle. File, Saw & sand, grind it to the level line, then spray it with some VHT flat black.. or BBQ paint, whatever.

They are the exact same baffle aside from one be round & one being flat top.
