I have a matte finished Mark ll bull barrel 22 LR in a factory nutmeg laminated stock. It shoots quite well with CCI Mini Mag ammo. I've upgraded it with some goodies since that's what I like to do. Here is a list of additions and changes.
1. Added an EGW pic rail.
2. Replaced plastic butt plate with a thin rubber pad. It keeps the rifle from hitting the floor if I lean it against something on a slick surface.
3. Added an Apache trigger kit to the Accu-Trigger. Trigger pull is 6.2oz.
4. Replaced blued swivel studs with nickel ones.
5. Replaced black plastic trigger guard with DIP aluminum one.
6. Replaced cheap black bottom metal with DIP stainless steel one.
7. Bedded the action in the stock.
8. Added a Bradley BUL cheek rest.
9. Reworked bolt handle and added a Precision Armament mini bolt knob.
