So yeah, as far as value? It’s VALUE is precisely $9/LB. over Trail Boss. Eh! Basically a fairly fair trade.
Fact is, it’s really only “valuable” to people who use is with regularity. For instance, I don’t use it at all. Don’t load shot shell or handgun ammo. So it’s not valuable to me. Although, brighter is Trail Boss. That said, it’ll be in stock everywhere again soon.

Yes, to edit: The value of Unique is, on paper, about $19 dollars LESS than the value of TrailBoss, per pound.

Ya, TB is only 9oz a jar … it’s bulky stuff. I like it, it makes good cowboy loads in pretty much anything. Rifle, handgun, shotgun. Works as a reduced load in pretty much anything not cowboy.

I buy it by the case.

Unique and Bullseye were my go to before that.

I am pained to admit it but I paid $84 for a pound of Unique a couple of months ago in my remote New Mexico mining community.

Ouch, that's a sting. Local shop got a shipment and as I'm using a very small amount for a sub load I was able to pick up enough to last a while. I seriously considered buying all they had but my conscience wouldn't allow it
