She's into snakes like im into guns. It's a little Hog nose snake.

No nothing that adavanced. She keeps them in fish tanks. The room is climate controlled as far as humidity and temp. And they have basking lamps too.
No he didn't play dead yet. I do agree snakes do taste good. I ate a few rattlers.
Do you have a vivarium set up at home?
That's good enough I think. I follow this guy who set up massive vivariums for different animals and insects.
Haven't tried, I heard it tastes like chicken. lol
It taste like chicken with a slight fish taste too.

It’s ok.. worth a watch, if you like those creepy, NON-slasher, NON-violent, NON-bloody or gory kind of horror films. More along the lines of Twilight Zone-ish. (Not that I’m comparing it to the great works of the GENIUS Rod Serling!)
I'll never come and visit you because all reptiles are deadly. If you don't believe me, throw a garter snake at me and see if you don't wind up dead. 
I counted our snakes. 33 total. 
My wife, son, and myself had 5 Ball Pythons, 3 at one time. Loved them. Also had a Garter Snake. My son had to take care of him for a year before we would pay for bigger snakes. He did great. Perfect sheds and well fed. Had a ceramic dish a few inches deep with water. Put goldfish in there and the snake loved to swim after them. The snake was let go near a pond. There was a nice brush pile and lots of bugs and worms, as well as fish.
Our neighbor used to chop up Garter Snakes and a Bull Snake. When he found we liked them so started tossing them in our yard and under our deck as we requested.

Yeah, I never understood some people extreme phobia of snakes. My buddy has it BAD! And he lives in Arizona for goodness sake! I didn’t quite realize how bad it was until one day, I had shot a bull snake to cook up. So I’m carrying it back to camp and my buddy was over the bed if his truck glassing. I threw the Bull snake his way as a joke and it landed near him in the bed of the truck. Now, my buddy was a pretty big feller’. Wont guess at a weight, but I was 6’4” & 245lbs at the time. He was about 6’1” & QUITE a bit wider than myself. Anywho, I never seen a big guy move as fast as he did! Dropped his rifle without regard & took off the opposite direction! Bout gave him a heart attack! I mean, he was sincerely scared of those critters. I just never did have a problem with ‘em. Snakes always fascinated me.
Yeah, I'm not quite that bad. As long as they keep to their space I'll keep to mine and we're good. My problem is mostly from some not so comforting experiences. As a kid I loved camping, throw a sleeping bag on the ground and I was good. One trip we were gathering wood for a fire, and it was getting dark. I saw what I thought was a stick, picked it up, and it moved prompting me to turn loose rather quickly. No harm, no foul, but where I grew up rattle snakes were plentiful, so I became much more attentive to my surroundings.
Jump forward a few years and I was in the Army. Sleeping on the ground is the norm. Places like Alaska and Hawaii aren't an issue, no snakes. Now Ft. Sill, Oklahoma and Ft. Hood, Texas, that's a whole nother story. The thought that I could become a condo for a critter seeking warmth was a constant concern and was reinforced a couple times at Hood. While I was stationed there, there were two incidents where soldiers were found dead in their sleeping bags. Both from Coral snakes that had crawled in with them and bit them in their sleep. After that I found as many ways as I could to not sleep on the ground.
I'm not really afraid of them, just a lot more aware of my surroundings. But that's me.

Oh, I certainly will give venomous snakes their space. But I can tell a rattle snake & bull snake apart easy. And frankly, it’s really only rattlesnakes that need extreme care taken. We don’t have an array of different venomous breeds. Copperheads are only mildly venomous & even the Cotton mouth isn’t really a threat to most people. Perhaps children, but certainly not adults. The Coral snake species we have here are highly venomous, however, the Coral snake can’t deliver all its venom in a single strike. It needs to actually “grind” its small fangs into the recipient. A truly deadly bite would require a significant amount of time. (For a snake bite.) And the most venomous snake found anywhere around the US, actually doesn’t have a single death attributed to it here. That is the Yellow bmscelly Sea Snake. It has been seen in the west coast waters & on shores (at times). Its venom makes a Diamondback’s venom seem like Grape Juice! Incredibly deadly! Yet, getting one to bite would require purposeful interaction, agitation and all but picking one up and making it bite! At which point, ya would have to say a person doing that would deserve a bite & subsequent death.
Funny story for you. This didn't happen to me, but I watched it happen. A friend I worked with was a lot like your friend. He was doing a service call at a customer's home. He squatted down and braced his knees against the wall before he opened the drop box. In the box was a scrambling device we used to secure our cable service, and they produced a little heat. When he opened the box, a ball of small snakes that had taken up residence to enjoy the heat, dropped in his lap. This guy who looked like he should be a Navy Seal, shot up, screamed like a little girl, and made some space between himself and the snakes in a hurry. Since it wasn't me, it was really pretty funny.

That is a really cool snake. My wife has a pink one she keeps in her classroom. The kids love it.
