Have begun contemplating a new Target Style rifle build using at least a Savage action if not complete rifle.
One of questions i have, due to having not kept up with the aftermarket for Savage rifles for over a decade, is what are considered the "good" sources for either Laminate or synthetic stocks for the current Generation 10/110 series guns with the AI Bottom metal?
the last time I was looking into this seriously, was before the factory target/tactical rifle models came with the Accuracy International style Mag system. And the popular stock sources seemed to be Stocky's for Bell & Carlson for SOME configurations, but not all. or to pay a bit more and get a more custom unit from Sharp Shooter Supply, or Stockade.
Now,
thank you for any info or advice.

Now,
- Stocky's has severely down-sized their offerings, and offers some Savage compatible stocks, but my own knowledge of the current rifle line up is insufficient to know if their description of the stocks being compatible with "DBM with the plastic bottom metal" means that the current Savages with the Accuracy Int.-style DBM system will or will not fit correctly
- In fact i have to say that I don't know who or what I should be looking for, or where I should be looking, because a number of places i used to know where to find various things have either changed where they are on the Web, or have disappeared.
thank you for any info or advice.
